Bio/Info:	I am from India. I have been practicing meditation since a child. I first qualified as a teacher trainer with Masters in Education, from London University, Masters in Islamic Studies and Public Administration, from Osmania University, India. I served as a Teacher Trainer for 16 years in India. Having been introduced to Yoga in 2000, I found myself home with the meditation practice. I first undertook 200 hour Teacher training at The Yoga Institute, (Mumbai), India and then completed my 500 hour Teacher Training at Be Yoga/Yogaworks, New York. I regard meditation as the best gift of Yoga and fruit of Yoga, while the Asanas and Pranayama are a process to enhance Meditation. I emphasize Yoga practice with Asanas and Pranayama as meditation in movement. Being an Indian,I lead Yoga Retreats to India. This gives an opportunity to my yogi students to learn from the land of Yoga and Ayurveda.
