For Teacher and Trainees. Date: Friday, July 30. 2010 Time: 1-3PM Price: $40 in advance/$50 day of Location: ISHTA Yoga Boomers and Mature Seniors are the fastest growing sector of our population. Join us as we learn to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment with asana, pranayama and meditation for these eager 50 + students. Rama, creator of Generation B Yoga tm for Boomers and Beyond, has been teaching for 33 years. Rama is certified in Anusara, Iyengar, and Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga and Meditation. She is a mentor in the Yoga Works 300 hour Teacher's Training. Her most recent training for seniors is a certificate program at Duke University.
