Tuesdays: 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Saturdays: 10:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Retreat: Oct. 22-24 at Menla Mountain Retreat Center $1300 (Active IYINY teachers $1150) Deposit: $250 non refundable Intermediate Level II The Intermediate Teacher Training course provides you with the opportunity to upgrade your teaching skills, deepen your practice, and expand your services by learning how to teach an Integral Yoga Level II class. Intermediate asanas and variations are presented as well as intermediate pranayama practices. Scriptural study of the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita also is included - expanding your grounding in the universal teachings of Yoga for personal development and deepening your understanding for teaching. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and spend time with other Integral Yoga teachers, to share experiences and new ideas, and to find creative solutions to problems encountered in teaching. Teachers: Kali Morse and Swami Asokananda with Shankar Impagliazzo (Bhagavad Gita) Prerequisite: 200-Hour Certification (of all traditions) with a minimum of 6 months teaching experience Yoga Alliance Hours: 158 |
