A FRESH RESPONSE TO LIFE at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts Sunday, April 11th - Wednesday, April 14th Would you love to begin a yoga and meditation practice? Elizabeth provides a safe and creative environment to explore being a beginner and offers practical tools to overcome the fear associated with starting anything for the first time. Using yoga, meditation, pranayama, contemplative exercises, mantra, and journaling, you will experience the inherent freedom of being a beginner. Seasoned practitioners are also invited to refresh their practice, since there is always something to be gained from the open, eager attitude of a beginner’s mind.
