Clarity, Decision & Action, a Svaroopa® Yogaimmersion Weekend

Give yourself a weekend of Svaroopa® yoga dedicated to providing you with a foundation of clarity for taking decisive and effective action in your life. The deep spinal openers will help you find clarity where there was confusion. The abdominal poses will assist you to shift from hesitancy to decisiveness. The contemplations and discussions will help you consolidate your new understandings and take them home with you to follow through with action where it is needed. This workshop can truly change your life.

$235 by March 29th; $285 thereafter. $50 deposit.

Melissa Fountain has been teaching and living Svaroopa® Yoga in the Metro-Boston area since 1997. Having been a dancer, she understands the time and devotion it takes to stabilize deceptive flexibility and open the tailbone. She brings this compassion and inspiration to everyone she works with. Since 2004, she has supported other teachers in their professional and personal growth by serving as a Senior teacher. Her daily yoga is an enlivened mix of family life, teaching classes, yoga therapy sessions, and a deep commitment to her own asana practice and meditation.
