READY to FLY – A Unique Soul Journey– Stage 1

Join a group of kindred spirits on a unique, transformative journey of awakening to soul-consciousness. The ‘READY TO FLY’ Soul Journey has been carefully designed to foster a life of conscious awareness, acceptance, and loving kindness with all parts of Self. Each session brings a fresh sense of awakening to self and community, using subtly powerful yoga and qigong based techniques that focus on body–centered awareness; energy movement and balance; and deep empathic listening and self-inquiry.

The opening stage of the journey, STEPPING INTO BODY, MIND & SPIRIT, begins by enlivening relationship with Self – body, mind & spirit. Starting with breath, sound and yoga movement you will be invited to pay attention to your body’s wisdom and become more acquainted with the more of you – the kaleidoscope of your physical sensations, thoughts, feelings and emotions. As you experience a more mindful, compassionate relationship with your self, you may create a more joyous, passionate life filled with a greater depth of honesty and intimacy with others.

Stage 1 Phase 2 3 Friday evenings 6:30-9:30pm
April 16th, 23rd & 30th

Phase 1: $240 by 2/12; $270 thereafter
Phase 2: $270 by 3/26; $300 thereafter

The Journey begins Friday March 5th.
