Vacation Retreat: ITALY Tuscan Art and Architecture

Enrich Body, Mind and Spirit in the Heart of Italy
This retreat includes a day in the richly historical town of Lucca, two full-day excursions to Florence by train and one day riding through the beautiful Tuscan hills to Siena. You'll also have one day to luxuriate at the villa and one day of pampering at the day spa of San Giuliamo Terme.
Accommodations: Villa Erina, in the Tuscan hills with 360-degree spectacular panoramic views, on peaceful and tranquil gated grounds, with many private gardens and outdoor spaces surrounding a spectacular swimming pool. Double-occupancy bedrooms and shared marble bathrooms. The beautifully furnished interiors have elegant light fixtures, Persian rugs and oil paintings of the Tuscany landscapes.
This vacation retreat features:
• Daily Yoga class
• Vegetarian breakfast and dinner served at the villa
• An exploration of the art and architecture of Tuscany with Thea Pratt
• Excursions to Lucca, Florence, Siena and the spa at San Giuliamo Terme
• Private transportation to train stations or destinations
• Transfers to and from Pisa Airport

A minimum $500 deposit per person will secure space on a first come basis.
The trip is restricted to a maximum of 14 guests.

Tripti Thea Pratt is a certified Integal Yoga teacher of Hatha I, Gentle Yoga, and Raja Yoga. Tripti teaches children and senior citizens in the New York City area and also leads a regular Gentle Yoga class at IYI. |
